Description of Duties and Responsibilities

  •     Prepare financial activities including specified entries/requirements for monthly close process
  •     Financial Reporting & Analysis - provide timely and insightful variance analysis of financial results.  Prepare and distribute recurring business reports 
  •     Analyze cost variances, determining root causes, and implementing actions plans to improve.
  •     Coordinate the annual budgeting process, partner with all levels of Industrial team (Commercial, Operations, and functional leaders) to develop annual budget
  •     Complete monthly account reconciliations
  •     Prepare provisional pricing adjustments and work with sales to issue debit/credits each month
  •     Business partner to help identify, communicate, and align cross functional teams to mitigate financial risks and pursue opportunities
  •     Conduct special projects as required

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  •     Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA is preferred
  •     Experience in accounting or finance is preferred 
  •     Strong analytical and computer skills required. Excel super user (pivot tables, VLookups, macros, ability to manage large amounts of data). High level proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
  •     Understanding of ERP systems, proficiency with SAP ECC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Business Intelligence (BI-BW) reporting tools such as Advance analysis and WEBI reports a plus
  •     Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel across various functions
  •     Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  •     Position will be hybrid and accommodates remote working
