We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Graduate Recruiter to join our proactive and innovative team
Purpose of the Role:
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring targets and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifestyle across a diversity of open roles helping management find, hire and retain quality talent. Grow and nurture high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up. Partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to find talent and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcement. Stay active and current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.
Work towards recruitment goals and objectives.
Source and contact passive candidates
Search CV databases for candidates that match current open requirements
Communicate with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders
Learn the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
Write and proofread job descriptions.
Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
Research which sources bring the best candidates and share with the wider team
Work towards key recruiting KPIs.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the requirements for the position.
Conduct telephone interview's with candidates following the company's rules and regulations while adhering to laws rules and regulations.
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management or related field
