Purpose: Join the Hemel Hire Desk to service all of our non-Key Account customers

You will report into the Hemel Hire Desk manager
Focus areas of the role:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
Taking hire enquiries from our non-Key Account customers - primarily resourcing core equipment due to no internal availability or items that we do not run on our fleet
Supply good advice on products available, or alternative options
Completing quotation on our Syrinx System
Engaging with suppliers to negotiate pricing and building strong relationships
Ensuring all queries are resolved within a timely manner
Work closely with all other Depots and Departments to ensure hire demands are met, including logistics, recruitment and credit control
Administrative Tasks such as processing off hired, red pen checks and excel reporting

Previous administration experience would be of an advantage but not necessary.

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £30-32k with potential of bonus after successful probation.
Hours: 8.00-17.30 Monday to Friday (one Saturday in 4 but working from home).
